- Which commissioning codes do you work to?
- CIBSE Codes A, W, M, B, R and C as applicable, alongside BSRIA BG2/2010 for commissioning management.
- Do you provide independent witnessing?
- Yes - we work as the appointed Commissioning Specialist, the client's Commissioning Manager, or as independent witness on behalf of the client team.
- How do you handle BMS integration?
- We coordinate with the controls contractor throughout the static and dynamic stages, witnessing strategy validation, alarms and trend logs prior to handover.
- Can you produce Soft Landings & seasonal commissioning?
- Yes - extended Soft Landings, seasonal recommissioning and post-occupancy fine-tuning are routinely included on our larger projects.
