From dynamic flushing of newly installed pipework through to long-term dosing regimes - every deliverable is signed off against the relevant BSRIA and CIBSE codes.

Our process
A structured route from fill to handover.
Site survey & sampling
Pre-clean inspection, baseline water sampling and review of system drawings to scope the works correctly.
Pre-commission cleaning
Static fill, dynamic flushing and chemical cleaning of LTHW, CHW and condenser circuits to BSRIA BG29/2021.
Chemical dosing
Application of corrosion inhibitor, biocide and glycol where required, with verification sampling.
Verification & handover
Final water quality analysis, side-stream filtration setup and full certification pack issued to the client.

- Routinely. We integrate with the principal contractor's programme and witness sign-offs jointly with the commissioning manager.
